To start things off, last weekend we had a very busy weekend with trips to the park. I took Madison to Crowder park to play on the slides and to take a walk around the lake. She absolutely loves the slide and she feels so grown up as she makes her way from the stairs to the slide all by herself. A little help is needed for getting down the slide but she does pretty good! We also went to Lake Benson on Sunday (last weekend, remember). It was VERY windy and seemed a really nice day to fly a kite. Jeff had fun trying to keep the kite in the air but Madison and I were a bit chilled since it was getting later in the day. All in all she loved watching dad fly his kite and the few others that were there doing the same. Just watching the people and animals makes her VERY happpy!

Trips to the park
As Madison grows older, it seems that there are many changes taking place and many more new experiences. Jeff and I feel that this would be an easy way to documnt what happens, highlighting with just a few pictures to show these changes. I've never been good at "journaling" but hopefully with Jeff's help and a "little" inspiration (Madison!) we'll keep this up to date.
