"Do I have anything on my face?" As many of you know, Madison is NOT scared of food. When she's not eating, she's not feeling so good. On this day we had leftover tuna casserole. Not only did she like it, but didn't like the fact that it took mom so long to feed her. Lately she wants to feed herself. Meals are often all over her, the high chair, the floor and whoever is feeding her. She's doing very well though. For the most part, she has the utensils down. Holding them is easy for her, the next step is getting her to put the food on the fork and/or spoon on her own.

That same day after her tuna casserole, we thought that we would try her with a bit of brownie to see if she liked it. What do you think? Since then, she's had a few more brownies and I think I could get her to do about anything if I had a brownie in my hand :-)

Jeff and Madison winding down after a tough day of doing whatever we did that day. She loves her books (which is fantastic) and will often speed read with us. After she's finished speed reading we will go back and read it to her the way it is suppose to be read. The couch is by far her favorite place to read (thanks Uncle Gregg) since it's all squishy and she just sinks into a comfortable position for mom and dad to read to her.
